·Suburban MG5CVS1 Master-Grind spin index fixture offers both V-block and 5C collet holding features.
·It comes with a 72-position index plate to provide a hard stop at every 5° ±15 arc seconds and is square and parallel within 0.0002 inches.
·The grinding fixture has a 3-inch center height, 4 x 5-inch base dimensions, and a 1-1/4-inch through-hole.
·It has a 0.00005-inch maximum spindle runout, and the spindle runs on two 4-inch-diameter tapered roller bearings.

Applications

·The Master-Grind fixture from Suburban offers indexing in 5 degrees, and it is compatible with the Sine Set system.
·You can effortlessly bolt the MG5CVS1 fixture to a Sine Set sine plate or a compound sine plate, or even to the AP-664-S1 90° conversion plate.
·To enhance the performance of the grinding fixture, you can separately buy the MG5-MD-model motor drive set that offers variable speed with 60 to 300 rpm.
